Andreéa Cruz is a South Texas native and bilingual attorney with experience handling a wide range of personal injury matters, including workplace injuries and sexual assault cases.

Before joining Doyle & Seelbach, Andreéa practiced at a statewide personal injury firm, where she advocated for injured clients from all backgrounds. She is licensed in Texas and eligible for admission in other jurisdictions that accept the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE).

Representative Experience

  • Representing plaintiffs in personal injury disputes, including medical malpractice, trucking and auto collision, workplace injuries, and sexual assaults.

Extended Bio

Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, Andreéa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Texas State University in San Marcos. She later obtained her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, where she was active in legal aid clinics.

Prior to joining Doyle & Seelbach, Andreéa gained valuable experience handling a broad range of personal injury matters, advocating for clients from all walks of life. She is passionate about community outreach and has participated in Spanish-language media and local events focused on educating the public about their legal rights.

Andreéa is deeply committed to making the legal system more accessible. She enjoys giving back through volunteer work and staying active in local outreach efforts. Outside of the office, Andreéa loves trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs. A South Texas native, she values family, culture, and finding joy in the little things—whether that’s a great meal or a walk with her pups.
