Christina is a licensed Texas attorney with a client-centered approach and competitive drive. An Austin native, she has litigated personal injury cases statewide since her admission to the Texas Bar in 2020. She began her legal career with a prominent Austin plaintiff’s firm, handling a wide range of severe and catastrophic injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement. Before joining Doyle & Seelbach, she gained valuable experience with an insurance defense firm investigating coverage issues and defending first-party and third-party actions.

Christina’s current practice focuses on workplace-injury defense and general commercial litigation.

Representative Experience

  • Representation of businesses and individuals in personal injury lawsuits including wrongful death, auto accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, premises liability, Dram Shop Act, and Texas Tort Claims Act.

  • Representation of plaintiffs and defendants in dog bite litigation under theories of negligent handling and strict liability of a dangerous domesticated animal.

  • Representation of insurers and insureds in first-party declaratory judgment actions on auto claims for underinsured motorist benefits.

Extended Bio

Christina earned her law degree with a Special Distinction in Civil Litigation from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. During her third year there, she honed her written and oral advocacy skills through Baylor’s rigorous Practice Court program. She also competed in numerous moot court, mock trial, and writing competitions, winning several championships and advocacy awards.

Before Baylor, Christina received a liberal arts education at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She had the unique opportunity to play lacrosse at the collegiate level for the inaugural women’s team, often traveling for games throughout the country. During the off-season of her senior year, she spent a semester studying abroad and lived with a host family in Montevideo, Uruguay. She still keeps in touch with her “second family.”

Christina lives in Austin with her husband, Robert, and their golden doodle, Wally. When they’re not working, they enjoy traveling together, hiking the greenbelt, hosting game nights, and spending time with friends and family.
