Josh is a licensed attorney in Texas with experience in complex products liability, personal injury, and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices litigation. He has experience throughout the state representing a wide variety of clients ranging from local businesses and homeowners associations to Texas banks and automobile manufacturers.
While not a native, Josh was raised a Texan after moving to the Dallas Metroplex when he was seven years old. Josh is a veteran, having enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after high school. He served in Iraq before obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. After law school, Josh practiced financial and regulatory compliance with the Texas Bankers Association. In 2014, Josh started his litigation career at one of the largest insurance defense firms in Texas where his practice focused primarily on representing a major automobile manufacturer in products liability and DTPA claims.
Josh lives in southwest Austin with his wife, Kristen, and two daughters, Alice and June. Josh is a diehard Texas Longhorn. When the Longhorns aren’t playing, you can find him traveling with his family, cooking, reading, and exploring the outdoors with his dogs.
