Liz worked nearly ten years at Clark, Thomas & Winters, P.C. and Gardere Wynne Sewell, LLP in Austin before going back to school to pursue her childhood dream of nursing.  After receiving her RN degree, she began working at University Medical Center Brackenridge in 2014 in the Neurology, Oncology, and Epilepsy Unit.  Liz currently practices nursing at Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas, while also acting as nurse paralegal for the firm. She also serves as a Clinical Teaching Assistant at Austin Community College. In this role, she helps new student with nursing fundamentals, as well as medication distribution. 

Liz grew up in the West Texas town of Abilene and holds Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Nursing from Texas Tech University.  Liz lives in Southwest Austin with her husband, Brian, their two young boys, Parker and Dylan, and Buddy, an 8-year-old Border Collie/English Pointer mix.  Liz loves to travel, play tennis, and hike the beautiful greenbelts of Austin when she has any free time.
