Jen attended Texas Tech University majoring in Nursing. During that time, she graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Paramedic Program. Jen earned her nursing degree from South Plains College School of Nursing. Jen spent her entire nursing career with The Seton Healthcare Network, mostly practicing in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care, but also in Labor and Delivery, NICU, and Post Anesthesia Care.

Jen also spent time in Administration at Seton as a Transfer Nurse Coordinator and Network House Supervisor. Jen earned her Certified Emergency Nurse certification while working in the ER, which is the highest and most difficult board certification a nurse can earn in the Emergency Medicine specialty.  Jen spent five years as an expert nurse witness for a local medical malpractice law firm before joining Doyle & Seelbach.

Jen lives in Bee Cave with her husband Brian, also an ER Nurse, and their blended family of 4 teenage and tween daughters, Abbey, Mia, Logan and Harper. Jen loves to travel with her family and on most weekends, 10 months out of the year, she can be found at softball fields all over Texas and the Southern US with Mia who plays for a top travel softball team or watching Abbey cheerlead for Lake Travis High School.
